Volkswagen caravelle T5

Hi, i have a vwfa.20 canbus box but the steeringwheels buttons aren't working, is there any options to get the original file or the new to update my android system?

hi there, so your car is Caravelle 2015-2020 right? May I ask which country you're in? Is only the steering wheel control not working, or are there other issues as well?
