Acoord 7 AC Fan problem

I purchased a frame for a Honda Accord 7 that comes with a HiWorld motherboard. However, I am encountering an issue: the interior AC blower fan momentarily stops working for a split second every time the compressor automatically cycles off.

Is there a fix or a firmware update available for this problem?
