Citroen C5 2013 z HIFI

Hi. I installed a Mekede M700s radio and a Hiworld PAF1.2 CAN box in my 2013 Citroen C5 Hi-fi system. CAN PROTOCOL VERSION H1H2PAF23A-250909, and the car reports error U1118 CAN communication. It doesn't work with third-party CAN boxes. When choosing a model, I can only choose the generic C5 or the Peugeot 508 High or All with Amp. Everything works fine, except for this error. Is there any advice on this?
