Canbus selection honda crv 2016

Hi,
I have a multimedia unit and it has a hiworld canbus module.
My car is honda cvr 2016 in Turkiye.
Which canbus mode must be selected for all properties. My car clock settings are not sencronised with multimedia. There is nothing in small window setting menu.

these are the version information of my device. after that a can bus download released but problem is going on.

As you can see at the pic, the clock is not matched with device clock. in device car settings, the small screen setting does not seem.

I am triyng all options under crv but doesnt solve the problem.
