You announce a new firmware version, describe the update process on your website but don't offer any firmware files for download.
You ask for my mail address, but neither send me an email nor respond to emails from me.

The connector for the CAN module speaker is black, has two pins and wires black + red. See attached picture.
A speaker should have been delivered with your head unit, but you can buy it e.g. at AliExpress.

Does this CAN module require an external speaker for the system sounds ? There should be a 2-pin connector in your cable harness for it.

Concerning wrong key assignment:
This is an annoying problem almost everywhere.
Unfortunately the head unit manufactures provide no or very limited possiblities ...

I can't use WhatsApp.

My own module arrived today and I can confirm the issues listet above with this one.
These are observed with the generic profile "GM/Chevrolet / ALL / Hiworld".

I'm running an Android head unit from Witson (model DHV) in an Opel Meriva B MY2010.
It was delivered with a CAN module from Raise, but that module doesn't work well.

I had the chance to test a Hiworld GMF6.20 CAN module yesterday and it works MUCH better.
I encountered only the following problems ...
